My name is Mackenzie; I am a certified yoga instructor. Let us start your journey together on our breathtaking island.

 

I offer public classes that are beginner friendly with options to increase the intensity on an individual basis; as well as customized private sessions where we can focus on your specific needs at your villa/accommodation, or any inspiring outdoor location of Bonaire.

Acro and Aerial Yoga

AcroYoga is a form of partner Yoga that combines traditional Yoga practices with acrobatics with the intention of achieving therapeutic release and playful fun. Ready for the challenge?

 

Aerial Yoga is a type of Yoga that uses a hammock to allow students to perform postures that they may not ordinarily be able to attempt on the mat. It combines traditional Yoga with moves inspired by Pilates, dance and acrobatics. Let’s fly together!
